Criterium Engineers is a leading consulting engineering company with over 65 offices throughout North America. We specialize in buildings, with an emphasis on existing buildings. Since 1957, we have consulted with clients on over 500,000 properties of every kind. Designers rarely see how their buildings perform over time. There is probably no one else in North America who has seen more buildings, has observed what can go wrong, and can provide more practical solutions than Criterium Engineers.
H. Alan Mooney, P.E, president of Criterium Engineers, has been a consultant and speaker on building construction and reserve studies all over the country. He is also a consultant to the National Association of Home Builders and author of "Quality Construction for the Master Builder & Remodeler", A Master Builder Series publication of the Graduate Builders Institute.
Criterium Association Services are located in offices around the country, but all have been trained by corporate leaders in serving the needs of the Community Association market. Each engineer is licensed in the state they service and is your local point of contact for all our services. As an additional level of quality control, all reports are reviewed by members of our corporate staff before being sent to our clients.
